Let us imagine for a moment that you have ordered an item from Mac + Wood. In addition to acknowledging your impeccable taste (you can hardly blame us for being biased), we would congratulate you for buying an amazing and unique piece of bespoke furniture made of reclaimed wood.
What would happen after this point? How long would you have to wait until your completed dining table / bench / coffee table was built and how would delivery be arranged?
Let’s go back a step. Once we have confirmed the measurements, and know exactly what it is you require, we would ask for a 50% deposit.
Our craftsmen would get to work soon afterwards using reclaimed wood that we had carefully sourced. One important point to stress is that all our furniture is hand built in the United Kingdom. Buy something off the high street and this is unlikely to be the case.
We tend to work to a timeframe of between four and six weeks. Once the item is built, the remaining balance will need to be paid and we will then arrange delivery. In case you are based overseas, please note we will deliver internationally.
Tables are delivered in two pieces; the table top comes as one piece as does the steel frame. This makes it easier to get the finished item into its final location. Don’t worry though, our delivery company will attach the two pieces so you don’t have to lift a finger.
It goes without saying that we want our customers to be happy. We’re confident that you will love your Mac + Wood furniture. Nonetheless we give you seven days from delivery to raise any issues or request a refund if you are not entirely satisfied.
So that’s the process of ordering a piece of Mac + Wood furniture. If you want to know more or have any specific questions, please get in touch. We’d be only too happy to help.
One final thing. Please don’t forget, our sale continues offering savings of up to £500 per item. If you are interested in buying some unique, distinctive furniture, let us know now before the sale comes to an end.
